Spiritual Fitness: Working Out with God, NOT with Satan

  Have you ever decided that you weren't going to work out or go to the gym that morning and continue to procrastinate because you were "too tired"? Well, we all have those days with spiritual fitness too. It's like a muscle if you don't continue to train your mental body to read your Bible every day and pray, it will deteriorate. I think we all have those days. I know I do. It feels like I've been having them pretty recently but then I get several days where I actually do engage in His Word and pray every day. I also get several days where I don't feel like working out my physical body because I'm simply "too tired" to work out. You're probably thinking, "But you're an Exercise Science major, how could you possibly get 'too tired' to workout?" I say, "Well, it happens, even in the Exercise Science and fitness world".
