HIIT It!
That's right, HIIT it! Well, not really. Only when exercising should you HIIT it (your body should HIIT it when exercising), but what I really mean when I say HIIT it, I mean High-Intensity Interval Training. Now, I know most of you are saying, "What is High-Intensity Interval Training?" and "Why use it?". Well, those are some good questions that are about to be answered. High-Intensity Interval Training is a very intense type of exercise that is used to be effective at burning off calories in a short amount of time, burning fat, building muscle, increasing metabolism, helping lose weight, and helping to improve cardiovascular fitness. It even burns calories up to 2 hours after this workout has been completed. Pretty cool, huh?
